SINOPSIS
En el verano de 1956, Colin Clark (Eddie Redmayne) trabaja como asistente en el set de la película británica “The Prince and the Showgirl”, protagonizada por Laurence Olivier (Kenneth Branagh) y Marilyn Monroe (Michelle Williams).
Marylin Monroe quien recién había contraído matrimonio con el famoso dramaturgo Arthur Miller y con quien aprovechaba su luna de miel en Inglaterra. Cuando Arthur deja el país, Clark aprovecha la oportunidad de hacer amistad con la belleza rubia platino, y pasan una semana juntos, tiempo durante el cual ella se escapa de su rutina de Hollywood y las presiones del trabajo.
